Let’s dive a little deeper into what I offer and how I approach each piece I create.
Custom Tattoo Design
Collaborative. Personalized. Unforgettable.
Whether you’ve got a crystal-clear vision or just a mood board and a gut feeling, I’ll work with you to build something totally unique. My design process is all about listening to what matters to you—whether that’s a deep-cut horror reference, something playful and weird, or a symbol of transformation.
After our consultation, I sketch ideas that reflect our conversation, and we’ll go through tweaks together until it feels just right. If you're into illustrative styles with a touch of dark whimsy, you're in the right place.
Gap Fillers & Cover-Ups
Honoring your ink’s story, while giving it a fresh chapter.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Pre-Drawn Flash Designs
One-of-a-kind,
ready to go.
Looking for something fun, fast, and uniquely Katie? My flash designs are original, hand-drawn pieces that reflect my signature blend of dark fantasy, whimsy, and a little bit of weird. Each design is tattooed only once—so when you claim one, it’s all yours. No repeats.
Flash is perfect if you want to skip the custom process but still get something bold, thoughtful, and totally my style.
Let’s find a piece that speaks to you.
Melanin-Rich Skin
Bold lines, high contrast,
lasting beauty.
Every skin tone is a different kind of canvas, and I’m committed to creating work that looks amazing on yours. I prioritize contrast, placement, and design choices that make your tattoo readable, bold, and beautiful from day one through healing and beyond.
This isn’t about “adapting” to darker skin—it’s about celebrating it with art that’s made for it. Your ideas deserve that kind of intention and respect.
FAQs
-
Most tattoo sessions range from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size, placement, and complexity of the piece. I’ll always give you a rough estimate before we book, and if a project requires multiple sittings, we’ll plan those out together in advance.
Need a break during your session? Totally fine. You’re never expected to push through discomfort—I want you to feel good during the entire process.
-
My rate is $200/hr, with a non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot. That deposit comes off the final cost of your tattoo.
Why a deposit? It covers the time I spend designing your custom piece and ensures we’re both committed to bringing your idea to life. Life happens—I get it! But please give at least 48 hours’ notice for reschedules so we can keep everything flowing smoothly.

Every tattoo heals a little differently, depending on your skin, placement, and aftercare. I offer a free touch-up within the first 3 months of your tattoo if needed.
After that window, small touch-ups may be available for a reduced rate. I’ll always assess the tattoo and let you know what’s possible. My goal is for your piece to look beautiful and bold for years to come.
If it's been more than three months, I'm happy to include a touch-up when you book in for a new tattoo with me.

Tattoo pain is real—but it’s also manageable. Some spots (like ribs, sternum, or knees) can be more intense, while others (like arms or thighs) tend to be gentler. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, and there’s no shame in tapping out or taking breaks.
We’ll talk openly about your comfort zone before and during the session, and I’ll always check in with you as we go. If this is your first tattoo or you're nervous, let me know! We’ll make it a safe, steady experience.
We can also break larger projects into shorter, more manageable sessions to help with comfort and endurance.
Numbing Cream
Numbing cream is allowed, but you’ll need to purchase it yourself and do a spot test—ideally a couple of days before your session. If there’s any adverse reaction that could affect the tattoo area, we’ll need to reschedule, and an additional deposit will be required. If you’d like recommendations for tried-and-true numbing creams, feel free to reach out—I'm happy to share options that clients have had success with.

This studio is a judgment-free zone. Whether you’re neurodivergent, have chronic pain, sensitive skin, or just need accommodations to feel safe and heard—I’ve got you.
Let me know what you need: breaks, stim tools, quiet time, detailed instructions, or anything else. I’m here to meet you where you are. I want your tattoo experience to be affirming, not overwhelming.
If you’re unsure whether tattooing is possible for your skin condition or scarring, feel free to message me with photos or questions. I’ll always give you an honest, thoughtful answer.
